Aiman Shamas

Aiman Shamas has extensive experience in human resources management and consulting. They began their career in 2012 as an HR Executive at Wasil Foundation before moving on to become a Senior HR Executive at Confiz Limited in 2013. Aiman then joined Easy2Employ in 2018, where they held various roles including HR & Recruitment Consultant and COO - Recruitment Services. In these positions, Aiman was responsible for leading new business opportunities, developing HR departments and strategies for small to medium businesses, building professional networks, and tracking recruiting metrics. Aiman currently works at NAXXA Consulting as a Human Resources Manager.

Aiman Shamas completed their education in a chronological order. Aiman started by completing their Matriculation degree in Science from Sheikh Zayed Public School, Rahim Yar Khan between 2001 and 2003. Following that, they enrolled in Army Public School & College, Bahawalpur and obtained an FSc degree in Pre-medical from 2003 to 2006. Aiman then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) degree in Accounting and Finance from Islamia University of Bahawalpur from 2006 to 2010. Lastly, they attended the University of Central Punjab in Lahore and earned an MBA degree in Human Resource Management from 2010 to 2012.
