Alison Reynolds

Alison Reynolds is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Executive General Manager - People & Safety at Eagers Automotive Limited since March 2024. Previously, Alison held the position of HR Programme Manager for Global Functions at CRH, a leading global building materials company, from April 2022 to April 2023. Alison's extensive experience includes roles at Rio Tinto from September 2008 to May 2016, where positions encompassed General Manager - Support Strategy Review, General Manager HR for Corporate Functions, and Recruitment & Talent Manager for EMEA. Prior to this, Alison was an HR Manager at Saipem SA from November 2002 to August 2008. Alison holds a BA Joint Honours degree in Marketing and French from the University of Strathclyde, attained between 1994 and 1999.
