Matthew McCracken

Matthew McCracken is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Transformation and Change Lead at Eagers Automotive Limited since January 2020, after holding the role of National IT Services Manager. Prior to this position, Matthew spent nearly a decade at AP Eagers Limited, where roles included Solutions Architect and Communications Systems Analyst. With a strong background in desktop support, voice communications, network engineering, and project management, Matthew has developed expertise in various technical areas such as VMware, Active Directory, and image creation for desktops. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from Swinburne University of Technology and has further educational experience from Griffith University.
