Seda Guzel

Seda Guzel has a long work history in the Human Resources field. Seda began their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Specialist at NWG Services. In the same year, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Aksoy Group. In 2007, they joined Ata Invest as a Human Resources & TQM Specialist. In 2011, they took on a temporary role as a Recruitment Specialist at Domino's. In 2012, they were promoted to Human Resources Assistant Manager at Ata Invest. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Manager at Maspo Energy. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior Executive Human Resources at Halk Finansal Kiralama. In 2020, they joined BilgeAdam Teknoloji as a Human Resources Manager. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Human Resources & Legal at EASYCEP.

Seda Guzel has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Management from Yildiz Technical University. Seda also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University. Her educational background also includes a Computer Engineering degree from Halic Universitesi and a Computer Technology and Programming degree from Yildiz Technical University. Additionally, Seda has obtained certifications such as the PMP Certification Exam Prep Course from BilgeAdam Teknoloji, Effective Feedback Training from PERYÖN Türkiye İnsan Yönetimi Derneği, A&DC International Assessor Skill Course from Assessment Solutions, and ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System from KalDer, Türkiye Kalite Derneği.
