Izuko Assafi started their work experience in 2007 as a Litigation Support Specialist at Lembaga Perlindungan Konsumen Swadaya Masyarakat (LPK SM). In 2008, they joined PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia as a Senior Staff and later became the Legal Permit Section Manager. From 2016 to the present day, they have been serving as the Legal Section Manager at the same company, responsible for managing legal documents and providing legal assistance in contract management. Izuko is also the Head of Personnel Affair Department at PT. Ajinomoto Indonesia starting from 2023.
Izuko Assafi's education history begins in 2003, when they enrolled at the University of Brawijaya. They pursued a Bachelor of Laws (S.H) degree with a field of study in Business/Private Law, graduating in 2007.
In addition to their degree, Izuko Assafi has obtained several certifications. In April 2009, they completed the "Pembekalan Umum Keimigrasian" training program offered by the Departemen Hukum dan HAM. In March 2008, they received training in the field of consumer protection law from the Lembaga Perlindungan Konsumen Jawa Timur. In July 2007, they underwent training in legal skills and abilities at the Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya.
Furthermore, Izuko Assafi gained practical experience through a field study and internship at the Kejaksaan Negeri Malang (State Prosecutor's Office) in August 2006. They also completed a certification course on the impact and solutions to the court decision, "Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 27/PUU-IX/2011 tentang Tenaga Kerja Kontrak dan Outsourcing" at the Indonesian Management Centre (IMAC) in March 2012.
Lastly, they obtained the title of "Advocate" in December 2017 through the Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI).
