Ola Holmberg

Ola Holmberg has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Ola started their career at Esselte System in 1986, where they worked as a Consultant until 1989. Ola then joined Esselte Office as a Network and Communication Consultant until 1992. From 1992 to 1995, they worked as an IT Manager at Estrella AB. Ola then worked at Computerland as a Senior Consultant & Partner in Gothenburg from 1995 to 1997, where they focused on developing a standard product portfolio and delivering projects based on it. Ola continued their career at Merkantildata from 1997 to 1999 as a Senior Consultant, engaging in sales support, project management, application consulting, and development. Ola joined MindCom in 1999 as a Senior Consultant, Co-Founder, and Member of the board, where they contributed to the business plan and development of a standard product portfolio. Ola also delivered projects focused on enterprise application integration. In 2004, Ola joined Centiro Solutions AB as a Mission Specialist & Partner, working as an Enterprise Architect, Project Manager, and Key Account Manager. During their time at Centiro, they played a crucial role in aligning business and IT through comprehensive architectural strategies. Ola worked at Mölnlycke Health Care AB from 2013 to 2018, initially as an IT Manager for Key Account Management and later as the IT Director for the EMEA region. Ola'sresponsibilities included managing IT operations and directing technological strategies. Ola's most recent position is as the CPO at easycom since 2019.

Ola Holmberg has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1982, they attended Sven Eriksson Skolan, where they completed a Technical gymnasium program for four years. In 1986, Ola obtained various network, communication, and software certifications. Ola then pursued further education at the International Management Bernt-Åke Berglund between 1995 and 1996, studying at the Xplan Business School. Additionally, during the same period, they also completed leadership training at STEPS. Ola continued their education at the Lotus Consulting Academy in Johannesburg, South Africa, focusing on Business Consulting from 1998 to 2008. In 2008, they took courses at MindSet on Leadership and attended Professor Dag Ericsson's program on Demand Chain Management. Finally, in 2009, Ola was certified as an Enterprise Architect from the IRM.
