Caroline devises, develops and implements marketing strategy at EasyFinance.com so that it meets the needs of the overall business plan. She supervises the seasonal and annual promotional campaigns, and leads the team of specialists to ensure the departmental targets are achieved. Moreover, she monitors the market research programs aiming at product and service development. Caroline works closely with Public Relations and Social Media departments to set and accomplish common promotional goals.
