Previously, he held leadership positions at Nectar360, Sainsbury's, i2C, Aimia Inc, dunnhumby, Conduit Business Information, and Computacenter. James has a BA Hons in Business Studies & Marketing from Bournemouth University and completed the Essentials of Leadership program at London Business School.
