Joni Toonen has over 8 years of work experience in various roles. In 2011, they began their career as an Online Marketing Intern at Stream:20. In 2012, they completed their graduation thesis at AVS Trade. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an International Account Manager at Navingo BV. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of Sales Manager EU & APAC at Bobino BV. Since 2018, they have been working at Easygenerator as Chief Customer Officer, Head of Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager.

Joni Toonen received their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Avans University of Applied Sciences in 2012, specializing in International Business. In 2015, they completed an Advanced Leadership Program at ARGO Performance & Development. Joni is currently enrolled in an International Business/Trade/Commerce program at \u00c9cole Sup\u00e9rieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM. Joni also holds a Scaleup Manager certification from Willow & Puddifoot, which they obtained in September 2021.
