Pruthivi Muhilan

Pruthivi Muhilan has worked in various roles in the past seven years. In 2015, they began their career as an Associate - Course Production Manager at ChalkStreet, an ed-tech start-up that offers an e-learning marketplace. There, they led a team of two full-time employees to build a global online community for 200+ instructors and assisted in planning, implementing, and promoting instructional design, impacting over 200 online instructors. In 2017, they moved to LearnBee, one of Chalkstreet's subsidiaries, as a Production Manager. In this role, they coordinated demand-side strategies with clients to implement new features and prioritized product roadmaps, as well as fostered communication with content production team to produce 60+ hours of learning modules for clients and evaluated ROIs. In 2018, they joined Hult International Business School as an Associate Director of Enrollment, where they achieved an estimate of $2.24M in sales revenue for South Asia Region during FY'20 & FY'21 and facilitated the enrolment process for 100+ students in various master's programs across all campuses. Pruthivi also held the role of Student Service Intern, where they implemented communication strategies to make the online community well-informed about pre-arrival information among 200+ upcoming students from 60+ nationalities across various programs, and recommended actionable plans for the management team to increase incoming students' engagement by examining their daily social interaction metrics on two different platforms. In 2019, they joined Talaria-XR as a Technology and Integration Executive, and implemented qualitative and quantitative research into tourism market in Mont-Saint-Michel in France. Pruthivi also held a Market Research Consultant role at HTC Vive. In 2022, they will begin their role as a Product Manager at Easygenerator, a company specialized in enabling SMEs to rapidly create eLearning courses, in a didactically effective way.

Pruthivi Muhilan has a diverse educational background. Pruthivi completed their high school education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1999 to 2011. Pruthivi then went on to earn a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetam from 2011 to 2015. In 2018, they completed their Master of Science (MS) in International Business at Hult International Business School. In addition, Pruthivi Muhilan has obtained three certifications - Giving Your Elevator Pitch from LinkedIn in August 2019, Advanced Google Analytics from Google in March 2019, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in February 2019.
