Sarah O'Connor has worked in the Human Resources field since 2013. Sarah began their career at Kerry as a Human Resources Associate, where they coordinated interview schedules, prepared personnel files, and coordinated requests for background checks and college transcripts. In 2016, they moved to Atos, where they held two roles: Training & Development Lead and Human Resources Officer. In their Training & Development Lead role, they conducted annual training and development needs assessments, developed and managed organizational-wide training programs and objectives, and assessed skill gaps for employees. Sarah also lead and managed the LMS and training systems. Most recently, Sarah has been working as the Learning & Development Manager at Easygenerator, a cloud based e-Learning solution. In this role, they focus on helping Enterprises keep their employee's skill set and knowledge base relevant and up to date, while facilitating knowledge sharing within the organization.
Sarah O'Connor received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Galway in 2012. Sarah then went on to earn their Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2013.
