Mike Young

Mike Young is an experienced professional in social media management, currently serving as a Senior Social Media Community Manager at Easygo since November 2022. With a background in digital asset analysis and portfolio management since September 2017, Mike has also held various roles at Australia Post from October 2017 to August 2021, including Social Media & Digital Consultant and Inbound Customer Experience Consultant. Previous experience at Officeworks and Target Australia further enhanced knowledge in customer service and management. Mike holds a Certificate III in Customer Engagement from the Institute of Advanced Business Studies and a Diploma of Management from B.E.V Consulting.
