Nathan White Fih

Nathan White MA FIH has held various roles in the hospitality industry over the years. Nathan started their career in 2000 as a General Manager at The Lindley Group, where they were responsible for corporate catering and conference and banqueting facilities. From there, they moved on to Compass Group, where they served as a General Manager, overseeing the opening and mobilization of Millennium Point, a multi-site operation that included a conference center, cinema, and museum café.

In 2002, Nathan joined Compass Group-Eurest as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing 20 contracts and promoting catering solutions for clients. Nathan also held the role of Group Manager during this time. In 2006, they transitioned to Hilton Worldwide as the Director of Operations for Hilton London Metropole, the largest convention hotel in Europe. Nathan later served as the Director of Operations for Hilton Birmingham Metropole and Hilton Brighton Metropole.

Nathan then joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 2012 as a Hotel Manager, overseeing various hotels around the world. Nathan later joined De Vere (formerly De Vere Venues) in 2016 as a General Manager, responsible for driving guest preference and rate strategy.

In 2018, Nathan became the General Manager for Millennium Hotels and Resorts, where they managed a hotel in London and contributed significantly to the company's revenue. Most recently, they joined easyHotel in 2021 as the Director of Operations UK & I, where they provide leadership and direction for all 14 hotels in the UK and Ireland and supports the company's expansion pipeline.

Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving revenue and guest satisfaction.

Nathan White MA FIH pursued their education in the field of Hospitality Management. Nathan earned a BSc Hons from Leeds Beckett University between 1989 and 1991. Later, they obtained an MA degree from the University of Birmingham from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Nathan has a certification as a Personal License Holder from the Birmingham City Council.
