Delphine Houdin

Delphine Houdin currently serves as the Cabin Services Base Manager at easyJet since June 2015, overseeing operational management for up to 300 cabin crew members and ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance with company policies. Delphine focuses on operational excellence, people development, financial management, and enhancing customer service standards. Prior to easyJet, Delphine held the position of Cabin Crew Base Manager at Volotea from May 2012 to May 2015, managing up to 70 cabin crews and collaborating closely with HR and training teams. Delphine's career also includes experience as cabin crew with Etihad Airways and sales roles at Philip Morris International and Dorel Juvenile. Delphine holds a Master of Management from KEDGE Business School.
