Lucy Garrity has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Service Delivery at easyJet since September 2019, where Lucy has also held roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations and Change Specialist. Prior to easyJet, Lucy worked at Whitbread as Employee Relations Delivery Manager and at Tesco in various capacities including People Partner: Employment Policy and as part of the HR Graduate Scheme. Earlier experience includes a role as Trainee Manager at Majestic Wine. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Birmingham and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
