Roshan Patel

Roshan Patel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and internal audit across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Risk & Financial Control Assurance at easyJet since May 2023, Roshan is responsible for developing and implementing a Financial Control Framework and overseeing the rollout of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software. Prior to this role, Roshan held significant positions at Serco, where the responsibility expanded to providing assurance across multiple regions, and at Vodafone, where oversight of the newly established Group Enterprise business was central. Additional experience includes roles as Internal Audit Manager at Cable & Wireless Communications and EY, and as Financial Accountant at the Board of Executors, showcasing a solid foundation in finance and audit from early career beginnings at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Roshan holds a B Comm degree from Rhodes University and a B Compt (Hons) in Accounting from the University of South Africa.
