Sarah Richardson currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience, Strategy & Comms at easyJet since February 2022, having previously held the position of Head of Customer Strategy & Insight. Prior to easyJet, Sarah worked at Eurostar from January 2020 to February 2022 as a Senior Lead in Commercial Strategy & Planning. Sarah's extensive experience in consulting spans from October 2012 to January 2020 at Iris Concise, where roles progressed from Analyst to Strategy Director. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from the University of Exeter.
