Shey Crompton

Shey Crompton is an experienced Senior Quality Engineering Manager at easyJet since January 2023 and co-founder and panellist at 9 out of 10 testers since June 2021. Previously, Shey served as a Senior Quality Engineer at Prima Assicurazioni, contributing to the launch of the Prima Insurance brand in the UK. Additionally, experience includes roles as Managing Director at Crompton Consulting Limited and Senior Quality Engineer at The Workshop - Inventors of Play, among others. Significant achievements involve managing quality assurance processes and leading complex projects, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
