Stephan Erler

Stephan Erler serves as the Country Manager for Germany and Switzerland at easyJet since March 2019, where responsibilities include driving commercial success, strategic direction, and employee engagement, as well as managing country P&Ls and stakeholder relationships. Previously, Stephan held senior managerial roles at Hamburg Airport, focusing on airline relations and traffic development, and worked as a Business Development Manager for Air New Zealand in Europe. Earlier experience includes route management at easyJet and various positions in the travel and hospitality sectors. Stephan holds a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Management, Political and Administrative Science from the University of Konstanz.
