Tim Taylor

Tim Taylor is an experienced HR and reward professional with a robust background in strategic remuneration and organizational design. Currently serving as Reward Director at easyJet since June 2021, Tim previously held the position of Vice President of Remuneration and Organisational Design at Qatar Airways, overseeing remuneration and organizational structure for global operations. Earlier roles include Head of Reward at British Airways, Director of Group Reward at TUI Travel PLC, and various HR leadership positions across other organizations. Tim holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston Business School and a BA in Business Studies from Kingston University.
