Mike Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike has worked in various roles, starting from 1999 to the present.

Mike worked as a Medical Production Cell Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at PerkinElmer Inc. from 1999 to 2001, where they provided engineering design and manufacturing support for medical device subassembly production lines.

From 2001 to 2004, Mike worked as the Manager - Sr. Manufacturing / Quality & Safety Engineer at Advanced Protection Technologies, managing engineering and production departments. Mike designed products for manufacturability and created quality tests.

From 2008 to 2011, Mike worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Sunovia Energy Technologies, updating and designing LED lights and driving continuous process improvement activities.

Subsequently, from 2011 to 2012, Mike served as the VP of Manufacturing at Barn Light Electric, modernizing the manufacturing division and creating lean manufacturing areas.

In 2017 and 2018, Mike worked as an Acquisition Specialist at Offerpad, evaluating properties and creating rehab budgets. Mike also worked as an Acquisition Specialist and Project Manager at Opendoor from 2018 to 2019.

From 2012 to 2020, Mike co-founded and partnered with Skyway Realty Group Inc., where they created a real estate conglomerate and implemented cost-saving measures.

From 2021 to 2023, Mike worked at Ribbon as a Portfolio Disposition Manager and Senior Valuations Operations Associate. Mike was responsible for disposing of properties, onboarding agents and marketing companies, and developing training programs for new team members.

Currently, Mike works at Insta Real Estate Solutions as a Real Estate Broker Associate.

Recently, Mike joined EasyKnock as a Valuations Operations Manager in 2023.

Mike Schultz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Mike then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at the same institution from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Mike has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Mike became a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Air Academy Associates in July 2000. Mike also earned a Project Management certification from Bottom Line in March 2001. In September 2003, Mike achieved the OSHA Safety Coordinator certification from the State of Florida, followed by an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from the Florida Manufacturing Extension Program in May 2003. Mike further expanded their expertise by obtaining certifications as a Real Estate Sales Associate in September 2005 and as a Real Estate Broker from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in April 2013. Mike also acquired a certification in Value Stream Mapping from the Florida Manufacturing Extension Program in April 2010.
