Elham Mirzaei's work experience begins in 2017 at InSystems Automation GmbH, where they worked as a Robotics Engineer. In this role, they were involved in the R&D department and specifically worked on a project called CrESt (Collaborative Embedded System). This project received funding from the German federal ministry of education and research and involved over 23 partners from industry and academia. Elham also completed their Master's thesis on the development of a Battery Management System during their time at InSystems.
In 2020, Elham joined Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin as an Associate Researcher. Elham held this role until 2022, during which they conducted research in their field.
Most recently, in 2022, Elham started working at EasyMile as a Project Manager.
Elham Mirzaei completed their Bachelor's Degree in Robotic Engineering at Shahrood University of Technology from 2008 to 2012. Elham pursued further education and earned a Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Politecnico di Torino in Italy between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their formal education, Elham obtained a certification in "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" from MIT Sloan Executive Education in October 2019.
