Lim Chip Yap (CY) has a diverse range of work experience in various companies.

From 2018 to the present, CY worked at EasyParcel, first as a Business Consultant, where they kept up with the industry business environment and built and maintained client relationships. They were also a top performer and contributed to the company's annual targets growth. Then, in 2022, CY became the Business Team Lead, where they applied design thinking methodology and utilized Kaizen management to elevate the sales division and maintain accountability for the group's sales figure.

In 2021, CY joined Pgeon as the Business Team Lead and later became the Group Commercial Lead in 2022. In these roles, CY planned and executed group business strategies, coordinated projects and risk management, and assisted the company's growth in various directions.

Prior to that, CY completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, also at Wawasan Open University, from 2014 to 2016. CY's education history traces back to Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, where CY obtained a High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management from 2011 to 2013.
