Jenny Malmkvist has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jenny began their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Management Consultant from 2000 to 2003.

In 2003, Jenny joined ICA Sverige AB, where they held various positions over the course of several years. Jenny started as a Controller and then moved on to become an Analyst and Head of Business Analysis analyst team. Jenny later took on roles such as Head of Business Analysis, Head of Business Development Sourcing and Merchandising, Head of eCommerce and new businesses, Head of Customer Insight, and Head of CRM development. Jenny also served as the acting Head of CRM department. Jenny'stime at ICA Sverige AB lasted from 2003 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2021, Jenny worked as an Independent Consultant within Analytics and CRM at Crescere Corporate Development AB. During this time, they provided consulting services in the areas of analytics and CRM.

Currently, Jenny is working at EasyPark Group as the Director of CRM Marketing. In this role, they lead a team in developing effective customer communication strategies for EasyPark's customer base, which spans over 15 markets. EasyPark's mission is to improve the urban experience through technology and digitalization of the parking ecosystem.
