Adam Henrie

Director of Customer Success at EasyPost

Adam Henrie is the current Director of Customer Success at EasyPost. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Customer Success at InsideSales.com from November 2014 to June 2018. In this role, they managed the Technical Architect Team and was responsible for software implementation, configuration, and technical consulting. Adam also worked with key stakeholders to develop customer wellness plans and ensure technical success. Some of their accomplishments include being named InsideSales.com “Accelerator (Employee) of the Month” in June 2016 and receiving their Salesforce Certified Administrator certification in December 2016.

Before working at InsideSales.com, Adam was a Customer Success Manager at Q90 Corporation from November 2013 to November 2014. In this role, they managed pre-sales consulting and reviewed technical SaaS capabilities. Adam also worked with clients to identify potential project roadblocks, establish clear executable objectives, estimate time and resource requirements for both parties, and owned all technical product implementations. After implementation projects were complete, they performed weekly trainings for both admins and users, hosted webinars on a wide range of technical topics, and presented at Hospice conferences on HIPPA requirements. During their time at Q90 Corporation, they increased current project account revenue by 15% YOY.

Adam Henrie has a Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management from Utah Valley University. Adam also has a certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator and another certification from Salesforce in Sales Force Trailhead.

They work with and Brian McFadyen - Senior Director of Sales and Business Development. Adam Henrie reports to Nathan Rucker, VP, Sales.
