Ben Stepansky

Ben Stepansky currently serves as the SDR Director at EasySend, a company focused on transforming paper forms and PDFs into user-friendly eForms for banks and insurance firms, while providing real-time analytics to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. Prior to EasySend, Ben held the position of Sales Development Team Lead for EMEA & APAC at WalkMe™, an enterprise online guidance platform designed to improve business efficiency and reduce costs. Ben's earlier experience includes working as a Customer Success Manager at Doogma Tec Ltd., where notable achievements included upselling to existing clients and managing project integrations, as well as providing technical support on various e-commerce platforms. Ben's career began in the military as an Infantryman in the Israel Defense Force. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Yeshiva University.
