Kent Shiver

Kent Shiver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and project delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager and previously as a Senior ITSM Professional Services Consultant at EasyVista since 2017, Kent leads customers through ITSM process implementations, including planning, training, and support. Prior to this role, Kent was the Director of IT Service Delivery at Synergy ITSM Inc. from 2005 to 2025, overseeing all aspects of service delivery, managing budgets, and ensuring project compliance with customer requirements. Early career roles included Help Desk Manager at Endress+Hauser Systems, Programmer Analyst at I-Net, Inc., and service in the United States Air Force, focusing on fuels management. Kent holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Morehouse College and the University of Maryland.
