Pablo Pavon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and communications. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Efficy, Pablo manages approximately 700 accounts across multiple CRM products and a marketing platform, focusing on ensuring effective tool usage and identifying improvement opportunities. Previously, Pablo held several roles in public communication, including Account Executive for the Province of Santa Fe Government, where responsibilities included designing and implementing communication strategies for the Ministry of Production. At CCU S.A., Pablo contributed to corporate affairs, CSR, and led innovative programs in Argentina and Chile.
