Nadia Gonzalez began their career in 2009 working as a Recreational Coach for the City of Miami Beach. In 2014, they took on the role of Hostess for W Hotels. In 2017, they joined EasyWorkforce Software, where they held several positions including Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Technical Support Representative, and Customer Service Representative.

Nadia Gonzalez attended Miami Beach Senior High School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained their High School Diploma. Nadia then attended Broward College from 2019 to 2022 and received their Associate of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In March of 2022, Nadia obtained their Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
