Katie Burtzlaff's work experience begins in 2007 when they worked as a Sales, Promotions, and Marketing Representative for the Baltimore Orioles. Katie then transitioned to Charm City Concierge in 2010, where they served as a Corporate Concierge, providing personalized services to corporate clients until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Katie worked as the Director of Membership for the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber, engaging businesses and promoting membership in the chamber.

In 2014, Katie joined Social Annex, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, where they assisted customers in acquiring, converting, and retaining consumers through loyalty and social commerce solutions until 2015. Katie then moved to SnackNation and held various roles from 2015 to 2021. Katie started as a Senior Customer Success Manager, overseeing approximately 300 corporate clients and managing $1.5 million in annual recurring revenue. Katie achieved a 96% client retention rate, 95% CSAT score, and a 62 NPS score. Katie later became the Team Lead for Customer Success and then served as the Onboarding, Training & Development Manager, streamlining onboarding time and implementing the Lessonly platform for scaling CSM onboarding. Finally, Katie became the Team Manager for Scaled Customer Success at Greenhouse Software in 2021. Greenhouse is a hiring software company that helps businesses improve their hiring process. In their role at Greenhouse, they managed a team and provided strategic guidance to help businesses attract top talent. In March 2022, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Scaled Customer Success, where they continue to excel.

Katie Burtzlaff completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Elon University, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. Prior to attending Elon University, they completed their high school education at River Hill High School from 2002 to 2006.
