Timothy Milne has worked in the IT industry since 2004. In that time, they have held a variety of roles in different companies. From 2004-2006, they were a Computer Technician at Upper Yarra Secondary College, where they were responsible for the rollout and maintenance of over 300 workstations in a Windows NT/2000 environment, as well as the rollout and maintenance of 100 staff laptops. From 2006-2008, they worked as a Technical Support at MYOB Australia, providing support to customers using CITRIX, Windows, and Apple Mac. From 2008-2012, they were a Technical Specialist at the Department of Education and Training, Victoria, where they were responsible for the implementation and maintenance of school servers and domain controllers, as well as the implementation of EduPass Proxy and Wireless Certification Servers. From 2012-2021, they worked at Easy Clocking Australia as an IT Systems Analyst, leading a team that supported customers in Time and Attendance systems, and training and supporting customers for use of Mobile App on iOS and Android. Most recently, they have been a Software QA Team Lead and Software QA Engineer at EasyWorkforce Software, working within QA Methodologies to implement and refine a QA process, and working with key stakeholders to identify key areas of software improvement.

Timothy Milne's education history includes a Diploma of Computer Systems from Swinburne University of Technology, which they obtained in 2003. Timothy also obtained ITIL Foundation and Prince2 Foundation certifications from Logitrain in 2016.
