Mac Burrows

Mac Burrows is currently the Logistics Manager at Eat My Lunch. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Support Administrator (Temp) at Atlas Concrete Ltd from July 2020 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for administration duties for the Sales Manager/Commercial Manager and team of 5 Field Sales Reps, preparing quotations/sales reporting/pricing set up/meeting minutes/general sales admin. Prior to that, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Novelli from September 2019 to July 2020 where they were responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, creating and presenting innovative client merchandise solutions through strategic thinking, and collaborating with internal design/sourcing and production teams. They were also responsible for acquiring new business clients. Before that, they worked as an Exhibition Sales Manager at XPO Exhibitions Ltd from January 2016 to September 2019 where they were responsible for managing the sales and promotion of the largest trade event in New Zealand with a portfolio of over 300 clients as well as new business prospecting. They sold exhibition space/advertising and add on services cross 3 different events and were also responsible for developing new event features and promotion through multiple marketing platforms.

Mac Burrows has a Event Management Certificate from Auckland University of Technology, a Certificate in Catering 75/1 from Auckland University of Technology, and an ATTTO Certificate in Travel and Tourism Level 1 and 2 from Tairawhiti Polytechnic. Mac also attended Gisborne Girls High School and Rotorua Girls High School.

They are on a team with Darren Wyatt - Supply Chain Manager, Geoff Clarke - National Sales Manager, and Litesha Buffett - Key Account Manger. Their manager is Kellie Burbidge, General Manager.
