Dan Amatuzzi

Dan Amatuzzi is a seasoned beverage industry professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Beverage at Eataly since August 2010, Dan manages beverage operations for restaurants, retail, and e-commerce, creating immersive experiences across North America. Additionally, Dan holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, providing education in the Steinhardt School. As a co-founder of Grove & Vine, Dan offers premier olive oil and wine seminars while managing importing and logistics for custom memberships. Dan's entrepreneurial spirit is further demonstrated through the founding of SmokeFire Brewery Inc., where beverages are crafted. Previous roles include Wine Director at Otto Enoteca and Pizzeria, Sommelier/Bar Manager at Del Posto, and Junior Sommelier at Babbo Ristorante e Enoteca, among others. Dan holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Villanova University.
