Enrico Prodi

Enrico Prodi is an experienced professional in store operations and financial analysis, currently serving as Senior Director of Store Operations for Eataly since November 2016, overseeing the East Coast region. Prodi's career at Eataly includes roles as Director of Store Operations in New York, Northern Europe, and Boston, as well as FP&A Manager for the West Coast and Business Controller in various Italian regions. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Sales' Staff at Allianz, focusing on performance and financial analysis of insurance products, and as a Staff Auditor at KPMG. Prodi also contributed to academia as co-author and coordinator of the university book "Accounting in Action" while studying at Università degli Studi di Trieste, where Prodi obtained a Master's Degree in Management Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
