Karen Roxbury Suso

Karen Roxbury Suso has extensive experience in retail management, particularly in cash office operations and front-end services. Since July 2016, Karen has served as the Cash Office and Front End Manager at Eataly, overseeing cash management and front-end operations. Prior to this role, Karen managed cashier duties and shop-from-home services at Saker ShopRites from October 2015 to April 2016. In a previous position at Kmart Corporation from November 2010 to September 2015, Karen was the front end lead, responsible for the service desk and cashiers, as well as layaway and online services.
