Luca Vaschetti

Luca Vaschetti is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Buyer/Category Manager for Fresh Grocery and Frozen Europe at Eataly since May 2015, where responsibilities include product selection, price management, team coordination, and category performance reviews. Previous roles encompass food buyer for restaurants, category manager for fruit and vegetables, and food and beverage controller, focusing on cost control and data analysis. Prior to Eataly, Luca founded CUCINA-TO srl and co-founded Cavolfiori a merenda, where expertise in producing high-quality ready meals and managing food events was developed. Earlier culinary experience includes positions at prestigious establishments such as Restaurant Lasserre and Burj Al Arab. Luca holds both a graduate degree in Management & Food Communication and an undergraduate degree in Gastronomic Sciences from the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
