Nikhil Lingras began their work experience in 2008 as a Management Trainee at Reliance Money - India, where they enrolled new customers for various financial products and handled customer queries. In 2009, they joined HDFC Bank as a Relationship Executive, managing customer relationships for a period of one year. Nikhil then moved on to HSBC Bank India in 2010, working as a Relationship Officer. In 2011, Nikhil joined RAKBANK as a Corporate Sales Manager, a role they held for five years. Their most recent position was at EATCLUB Brands (Formerly BOX8), where they served as a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, responsible for organizing BTL activities and coordinating marketing communications.
Nikhil Lingras completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in Accountancy at Shivaji University from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Marketing/Finance at ICFAI from 2007 to 2009.
