Daisy Lok Man Tai has a varied work experience. Daisy Lok Man began their career in 2016 as an Event Assistant at Secret Brunch. Daisy Lok Man then went on to attend Truro High School for Girls from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained their GCE and GCSE. After that, they attended Queen Mary University of London from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Finance. In 2015, they attended Le Cordon Bleu London, where they obtained their Diplôme de Pâtisserie in French Pâtisserie. In 2016, they obtained their WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
