Elizabeth Grant, LMSW, has extensive experience in therapeutic settings, currently serving as an Eating Disorder Recovery Specialist and Therapist at Eating Disorder Recovery Specialists since January 2022, and as a therapist at Well Williamsburg Psychotherapy since November 2021. Elizabeth also works as a Trauma Therapist and Recovery Coach at Sanctuary Healing NYC, beginning in May 2021. Previously, Elizabeth held clinical social work internships at the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC) and Yachad, where responsibilities included providing trauma therapy, facilitating therapeutic visitation services, and offering school counseling for students with developmental disabilities. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes supporting families in the New York State Early Intervention Program at TheraCare and interning at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Elizabeth holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Eating Disorder Recovery Specialists (EDRS) is a nationwide meal support and coaching program that provides support where you need it the most: in your environment. We come to your home, school, or work to bridge the gap between treatment and “real” life. EDRS provides meal coaching, clinical coaching, in-home cooking, and therapeutic exposures 77 days a week; days, evenings, and weekends. Our meal support and coaching program works alongside treatment programs and outpatient providers to provide the eating recovery support you need to make seamless transitions through all phases of your recovery.
