Felisha Faulkner

Felisha Faulkner serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Eating Recovery Center since July 2024, bringing extensive experience in strategic development and operations from previous roles. Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations, as well as Vice President of Strategy at Covenant Physician Partners, and Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy at Surgical Care Affiliates, where Felisha was a founding member of the Enterprise Strategy team. Additional experience includes co-founding Wit Interactive, a technology start-up for senior care organizations, and serving as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture, managing strategic transformation projects globally. Felisha's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in Healthcare Management and Policy from The Wharton School.
