Theresia Silander Hagström has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2016, they co-founded Eatit, a platform that provides personalized recommendations for wellness based on AI technology. Theresia also served as an advisor and skills trainer for the SSES fellowship program at Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship.
In 2017, Theresia joined KTH Executive School AB as a content manager. Their responsibilities included developing digital marketing strategies, moderating panel discussions, editing digital content, and developing new learning concepts in areas such as Artificial Intelligence and Talent Management.
Prior to that, they worked at IBM as a Corporate Citizenship & Corporate Affairs Coordinator, where they coordinated IBM's CSR work and managed the volunteer program. Theresia also co-founded GoJord, a start-up that collaborated with local farmers to deliver organic food in Stockholm.
Additionally, Theresia has experience as a fellow at Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship, where they worked on their own business idea with support and coaching from the program. Theresia also worked as a performance management consultant at The Information Company and served as a board member at Mattecentrum and Sveriges Ingenjörer.
Furthermore, Theresia gained international experience as the Project Operations Manager at Zanrec, a waste management company in Tanzania. In this role, they developed and implemented a business intelligence management tool to improve strategy quality and monitor daily operations.
Theresia Silander Hagström attended Södra Latins gymnasium from 2005 to 2008, where they completed a naturvetenskapligt program. Later, from 2011 to 2017, they pursued their higher education at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they received a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
