Since June 2013, Frances has served as the Sales Customer Service Manager at Cooper Lighting Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing customer service operations and enhancing client relationships. Prior to this role, Frances worked at Cooper Industries Ltd. from September 2005 to December 2014 as a Customer Service Representative, gaining foundational skills in customer support and service excellence.
