Manuel Cruz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Operations Excellence Lead and Continuous Improvement Consultant at Independence Consultant since March 2022, Manuel previously held multiple leadership roles at Cooper Lighting, including FF Manager, Focused Factory Manager, and OPEX and Quality Manager, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Production, among other departments. Additionally, Manuel demonstrated expertise in implementing lean manufacturing practices throughout a tenure at Danaher Motion as Focused Factory Manager. Educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnologico de Cd. Juarez and an MBA in Administration from Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua, both obtained from 1995 to 1997.
