Roberto Villarreal

Roberto Villarreal is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing the LED business unit at Eaton's Cooper Lighting since April 2014, where Roberto leads continuous improvement activities. Prior to this role, Roberto held multiple positions at Celestica from January 2000 to December 2013, including Operations Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing various engineering departments and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Roberto also served as Test Engineering Manager, leading a team of engineers and technicians to meet customer technical expectations. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Test Engineer at Lucent Technologies and as a Test, Process and Quality Engineer at AT&T Bell Lab Innovations, where Roberto developed expertise in multiple engineering disciplines. Roberto holds a degree in Computer and Control Engineering.
