Tom Lane

Tom Lane has a strong background in the lighting industry, with extensive experience in marketing, product development, and general management roles. Tom began their career at H.E. Williams, Inc. in 1998 as the Director of Marketing & Product Development, where they stayed until 2006. Lane then joined Cooper Lighting as a Marketing Manager from 2006 to 2007, followed by a role as Marketing Director at Cooper Lighting, NeoRay in 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Eaton Lighting Solutions as a Marketing Director, responsible for strategic planning, new product development, and commercialization. Lane then moved on to become the General Manager at Eaton Lighting Solutions from 2016 to present, where they are in charge of top and bottom-line business performance and results, along with strategic planning and product management.

Tom Lane attended Auburn University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Tom'sstudies at Auburn University ended in 1985. Afterwards, they enrolled at Georgia State University, completing a Masters degree in Business Administration in 1992.
