Benoît Letendre is an accomplished HR leader and lawyer with extensive experience in human resources and legal management. From 2019 to June 2024, they served as the Human Resources Vice President for the Powertrain division of Tenneco Corporation, overseeing HR operations for 30,000 employees across more than 80 manufacturing plants worldwide. Prior to this role, Benoît was HR Director for the Global Business Unit Pistons at Federal Mogul, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and leading teams across multiple regions. Benoît holds multiple degrees in business law and HR leadership, with their education including a Master’s degree from Université Grenoble Alpes and a program in HR leadership from the University of Michigan. Currently, Benoît serves as HR Country Leader at Eaton.
