Brian Allen is a Director of Operations with extensive experience in managing engineering, supply chain, and production functions. Previously, Brian held various roles at Eaton, including Business Operations Manager and Senior MCC Product Engineer, where they led teams and managed complex projects. Brian also gained valuable experience as an R&D Co-Op at Hasbro Inc. and as an R&D Intern at AngioDynamics. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012 and is currently pursuing new opportunities to further develop managerial and operational skills.
