Chun Chen

Chun Chen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for the Mobility Group in the APAC region at Eaton since January 2021. Prior to this role, Chun held senior HR positions at Dover Corporation, including Sr. HR Director for OPW & DFS APAC from August 2019 to January 2021 and HR Director from November 2017 to July 2019. Chun's previous experience includes serving as the Workforce & HR BP Leader for HVAC & Transport AP & India at Ingersoll Rand, managing HR efforts across 13 countries from November 2011 to November 2017. Beginning a career as an HR Specialist at Ingram Micro, Chun also worked as a Sr. HR Representative at Agilent Technologies. Chun holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Zhejiang University.
