Cindy Wang

Cindy Wang is a seasoned professional with over 31 years of experience in multinational companies, having a strong background in operations, supply chain management, and program management, particularly in the electrical industry. With more than 9 years of experience working overseas, they possess a solid understanding of Western culture and business practices. Currently serving as the ES APAC SCM Head and CPS Division Operation Head at Eaton, Cindy defines and implements regional supply chain strategies while ensuring operational excellence. They previously held various roles at Eaton, including Business Unit Manager and Plant Manager, and started their career as a Design Engineer at Hangzhou Electric Machinery Plant. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in Accounting from Christchurch College of Education.
