David Bader

David Bader is an experienced Marketing Director in the Power Reliability Division at Eaton since November 2006, where responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans aligned with sales and innovation strategies for growth. Prior roles at Eaton include Business Unit Manager for Data Center Power Distribution, where David oversaw P&L and developed long-term growth strategies, and Regional Director for Electrical Engineering Services, leading operations in the Southeast U.S. Earlier experiences encompass various managerial roles, including Plant Manager, where David launched a new manufacturing facility and improved operational efficiency, and Production Manager, achieving substantial sales growth. Prior to Eaton, David served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, managing multi-million dollar systems and personnel. David holds a Bachelor's of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
